By accessing our Site, purchasing any product, engaging our services, or entering into collaboration with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must refrain from using our Site or services.

2. Products & Services

2.1 2047SG provides products and services including but not limited to: ice baths, chillers, recovery accessories, design and installation of recovery spaces, and related marketing and collaboration services.

2.2 All product specifications, dimensions, and images are approximate and may vary slightly from the final delivered product. We reserve the right to make improvements or modifications without prior notice.

2.3 Environmental conditions, user maintenance, and installation setup may affect product performance. 2047SG is not liable for deviations in performance due to such conditions.

3. Orders & Payments

3.1 All quotations are valid for 14 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.

3.2 An order is considered confirmed only upon receipt of the required deposit or full payment.

3.3 All prices are quoted in Singapore Dollars (SGD) unless otherwise specified and are exclusive of delivery, installation, and other applicable fees unless explicitly stated.

3.4 2047SG reserves the right to refuse, amend, or cancel any order prior to dispatch or installation if necessary, including in the event of pricing or stock errors.

3.5 All payments made are non-refundable, except as required by law or under warranty conditions stated herein.

4. Delivery, Installation & Risk

4.1 Delivery and installation schedules are estimated and may vary based on logistics and site conditions. Delays shall not entitle the customer to compensation or cancellation.

4.2 Customers are responsible for ensuring the site is ready and suitable for installation (e.g. adequate space, flooring, power, and water supply).

4.3 Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery or installation at the designated location.

4.4 2047SG shall not be held liable for delays or damages caused by third-party logistics, contractors, or site conditions beyond our control.

5. Warranty

5.1 All 2047SG equipment is covered by a 12-month limited warranty from the date of delivery or installation, whichever occurs first.

5.2 This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal residential or commercial use.

5.3 The warranty does not cover:
Damage due to misuse, neglect, improper installation, or lack of maintenance;
Environmental damage (e.g. rust, corrosion, mold, electrical surges, or flooding);
Wear and tear, cosmetic defects, or unauthorized modifications;
Damage from third-party repairs or alterations.

5.4 Warranty service will be carried out at 2047SG’s discretion, which may include repair, replacement of parts, or full unit replacement.

5.5 Customers must provide proof of purchase and adequate photographic or video evidence of the issue when filing a claim.

5.6 Warranty claims do not entitle the customer to refunds or compensation for downtime, inconvenience, or related losses.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

6.1 All sales are final. No returns, exchanges, or refunds are accepted once an order is confirmed, except as required under the terms of warranty or Singapore law.

6.2 Returns are only accepted for products verified by 2047SG to be defective or damaged upon arrival, subject to inspection.

6.3 Customised, installed, or used products are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.

6.4 Refunds, if approved, will be processed at 2047SG’s sole discretion within a reasonable timeframe.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, 2047SG shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, or property, or any personal injury arising from the use or misuse of our products or services.

7.2 2047SG’s maximum total liability in any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, product names (such as PowerCore™, Tri-Zone Self-Cleaning System™), graphics, logos, images, videos, and marketing materials, are the intellectual property of 2047SG LLP.

8.2 No part of the Site or materials may be copied, distributed, modified, or reused without prior written consent from 2047SG.

8.3 Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in civil or criminal action under applicable laws.

9. Collaborations & Partnerships

9.1 Any partnership, collaboration, or promotional activity with 2047SG must be formalized through a separate written agreement signed by both parties.

9.2 2047SG reserves the right to amend, withdraw, or terminate any collaboration offer or activity at its sole discretion.

9.3 Marketing content created under a collaboration remains the property of 2047SG unless otherwise agreed in writing.

10. Website Use

10.1 Users may not use the Site for unlawful or prohibited activities, including attempting to access systems, data, or content without authorization.

10.2 2047SG does not warrant that the Site or its content is free of errors, viruses, or interruptions.

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.

You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

2047SG reserves the right to amend or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will take effect immediately upon posting on this page. Continued use of our Site or services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
